  • Built from what you have

A survey, a tract map, a county plat or a marketing flyer. No new artwork, no drone shoot required.

QUESTIONS

Land brokers questions

Can you work from a survey?

Yes — a recorded survey, a county plat or even a marketing tract map. If a boundary is ambiguous we ask rather than guess.

Can I use it in an MLS or Land.com listing?

Yes. You get a standalone link that works anywhere a URL is allowed, plus an embed for your own site and a QR code for signage.

What about owner-financed tracts?

Status flags cover reserved, under contract and sold, and terms stay in the CRM. The map does not need to publish a price to do its job.

Is this a survey or a legal description?

No. It is a marketing tool built from your documents. It does not replace a survey, a title commitment or the recorded plat.
