ABOUT

We make land legible

A plat map is a legal document that happens to get used as a sales tool, and it is terrible at the second job. Plotex rebuilds it as something a buyer can actually read — then keeps it current.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

The map is the first conversation

Most lot buyers meet a community as a PDF. It is black and white, it is a year old, and it cannot tell them which lots are still available — so the first real conversation with a sales team is spent re-explaining a document the buyer already has.

The category's answer has been to lay clickable hotspots over a flat rendering. That is better than a PDF, and it still cannot show the thing lot premiums are actually built on: the fall of the land, the walkout grade, the greenbelt behind, the rise that carries the view. Those are three-dimensional facts, and a flat image cannot argue for them.

So we build the community in 3D from the plat the developer already owns, publish it with an accessible lot table beside it, and wire the whole thing to an admin panel where a status change reaches every surface at once. Buyers arrive already knowing which three lots they want. That is the entire product thesis.

HOW WE WORK

Four things we will not trade

  • A person builds every map

AI reads your plat at intake so we can quote and start quickly. The 3D map itself is modelled and checked by a human, because a map that misreads a lot line is worse than no map.

  • Accessible is not optional

Every map publishes a real lot table beside it, status is carried by shape as well as color, and the whole viewer works from a keyboard. US real estate carries obligations under both the ADA and the Fair Housing Act, and we build to that, not around it.

  • Claims we can defend

No invented customers, no borrowed logos, no stat we cannot show the working for. The demos on this site are sample communities built from public plat records, and they say so on every card.

  • One record, always current

The public map, the lot table, the embeds and the CRM read the same record. That is the whole point: a site plan that goes stale is the problem we exist to remove.

WHERE WE ARE

New here, and saying so

Plotex is new to the United States, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we are not is new. Nine communities are live on this platform today — including a 125+ acre integrated township and a 52-lot filing that carries residential and industrial parcels on one map — built for developers in India, where we have been operating. They are named and linked on the demos page, so you can open the production viewer and judge the work rather than take our word for it.

Practically, that means you deal with the people who build the thing. Send a plat and a person reads it the same day. First draft in 3 business days. If your project is the kind we would struggle to do well, we will tell you that instead of quoting it.
